Skyline Roofing & Sheetmetal's workshop utilises modern late model equipment to ensure we manufacture all products to the most exacting standards. SWI Engineering Slitter FolderOur SWI Engineering folder is fully computer controlled and can manufacture flashings and bent products upto 8.5m long and thicknesses upto 1.5mm. Materials able to be folded include Colorbond, Zincalume, Galvanised, Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Copper to name a few. The folder incorporates laser finger detection and other safety measures to ensure the safety of our employees. Clients can be assured that their products are manufactured to exact standards due to the machines computer controlled features.

MultiCAM CNC Overhead RouterOur MultiCAM CNC Overhead Router is capable of cutting a huge variety of materials for many applications. Materials able to be cut include aluminium, stainless steel, wood & timber, perspex, acrylic and other plastic sheeting, composite wall cladding such as Alucobond & Vitrabond, copper, CoreTen and many other types of products. Just about any shape and size can be cut these include pictures, letters, abstract shapes, let you imagination run wild. It can also cut a set distance into a material so if you have a 20mm thick piece of timber, we can router it to 10mm deep. Call us today to discuss.

ROOF CONTRACTING PLANT
In addition to our workshop plant and equipment, Skyline Roofing & Sheetmetal also own their own JLG Boom Lift and Genie Scissor Lift to use on our roofing and cladding project sites. Owning our own equipment allows us to manage safety with more confidence because we purchased the machines from new and have maintained them in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and more importantly, the requirements of Workplace Standard Tasmania who audit the inspections to ensure we aren't putting our Employees at risk when they operate them.
